Find out your monthly incentive ~calculator~

Instructions: > Incentive Calculator: * If you know your Reg, OT, and DT hours worked for that months incentive payout date, including any non-eligible hours. Input your total eligible hours for the incentive pay period you're calculating.  If you worked only as 1 job title, do not fill out option 2.  If you worked more than 1 job title, use option 2 for the additional job title hours to be calculated. > Monthly Hour Calendar: * If you need help to breakdown your Reg, OT, and DT hours worked.  Choose your incentive pay out date to calculate breakdown of total hours. Choose the job title worked for each day and input hours worked. After all dates are filled out, the form will autofill total hours. The chart below the calendar will show you the breakdown of Reg, OT, and DT hours worked based by job title(s). You can then use the, "Fill From Calendar Totals", feature to autofill those hour totals in the Incentive Calculator for you to quickly get your incentive payout total. Check mark any days that are exempt from being penalized on your incentive. For example any days that the union has as a holiday day off and you're not scheduled to work. Or, any RTO excused days such as military approved exception RTOs. To note: If you can't remember hours/days worked check your clock-in/clock-out text messages.
